Product availability

Due to the speed of sales, availability of featured items cannot be guaranteed.

Prices & Specifications

Whilst prices and specifications have been checked, no responsibility can be taken for errors or omissions.

Aro Sports reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without further notice.

All prices include VAT at 17.5%.

UK delivery charge

A £3.25 charge is added to each order to cover postage and packaging.

Overseas orders

All Overseas orders will be charged £20.00 to cover packing, shipping and handling fees. All orders will be charged in Pounds Sterling.

Secure payments

You can pay by: Visa, Mastercard, Switch or Solo. Your credit card details are submitted via a secure socket. You can therefore complete the payment form, confident in the knowledge that your credit card details will remain private. All credit card transactions are verified manually and processed by Aro Sports's mail order department after they've confirmed the goods you've ordered are available and ready for despatch.

Delivery

UK orders are dispatched by Royal Mail parcel post - please allow up to 7-10 days for delivery. Should any item be delayed by more than fourteen days Aro Sports will inform you of the expected delivery date. For Non-UK orders, please allow 28 days for delivery. Should any non-UK order not be received within 28 days, please contact Aro Sports with your full order details.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason you can return it (unworn) within 14 days for a refund. Don't forget to ask for a certificate of posting. Aro Sports can't refund the postage charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Right to cancel

In compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, the customer has the right to cancel any order,the cooling off period is 7 days from the day after the ordering date. On cancellation of the contract,the customer is under a duty to return the goods at their own cost to Aro Sports and in the mean time must take good care of them.
