EDGE & WAX 

• Thorough cleaning of bases and edges 

• Inspection of bases and edges. 

  Advise customer if repair is required 

  (if repair is requested then the job will be charged as a full service) 

• Setting of base edge and side edge to factory spec

  or customers own requirement 

• Hot wax of bases with universal wax followed 

  by brush structuring 

• Polish base and removal of wax from edges 

• Visual inspection only of bindings and tighten 

  any loose binding bolts 

FULL SERVICE

• Thorough cleaning of bases and edges 

• Inspection of bases and edges. Repair any standard base scratches, 

  repair of minor damage to edges prior to sharpening. 

• Setting of base edge and side edge to factory spec

   or customers own requirements 

• Hot wax of bases with universal wax followed by brush structuring 

• Polish base and removal of wax from edges. 

• Visual inspection only of bindings and tighten any loose binding bolts 

Pro-Wax

In addition to either Edge and Wax or Full Service, we will:     

• Thoroughly clean bases using the hot wax method. 

• Apply base wax coats of Holmenkol Betamix 

  (used as a base coat by the majority of teams on the World Cup circuit).  

• Apply a final wax coat of World Cup Mix race wax – 

  appropriate for temperature conditions.
